The crew was professional, punctual, hardworking, and treated my belongings with great care. Moving out of a high-rise can be complicated with elevators, loading docks, and building requirements, but they handled everything efficiently and made what could have been a stressful day feel easy.
Communication was excellent throughout the process, they worked quickly without cutting corners, and all of my furniture and boxes arrived in great condition. What impressed me most was their professionalism and positive attitude the entire day.

I am writing to document a highly unsatisfactory experience regarding a recent moving service.
My initial attempt to secure moving assistance encountered an issue, as the first company expressed concerns about safely transporting certain larger items, specifically a couch bed, without potential damage. Consequently, they referred me to Jonathan of Emerald Movers.
Given the urgent need to vacate my previous residence by the end of May, I was operating under significant time constraints. Jonathan acknowledged the last-minute nature of my request, indicating he was accommodating the prior moving company. During our discussion, a clear agreement was established: the move of my two-bedroom residence would be completed within a maximum of three hours, at an understood hourly rate. Jonathan provided explicit assurance regarding this timeline.
However, the actual service deviated significantly from this agreement. The moving team arrived considerably late, at 2:30 PM, rather than the stipulated noon or 1:00 PM window. Furthermore, the task that was explicitly guaranteed to take no longer than three hours ultimately extended to nine hours, concluding at 11:30 PM.
This protracted timeline resulted in a final charge of $1,245, a substantial increase compared to the cost anticipated for a three-hour service. Despite my efforts to resolve this discrepancy amicably and my willingness to make a partial payment, a disagreement arose regarding the final invoice. This escalated to Jonathan contacting the Frisco Police Department, an action I consider an unwarranted and aggressive response, particularly given my clear intent to address the financial matter.
I am profoundly disappointed by the unprofessional conduct, the egregious misrepresentation of the service duration, and the subsequent unnecessary involvement of law enforcement. This incident represents a significant breach of trust and a stark contrast to the expected standards of professional service.

I needed a mover in DFW for same day service at Turtle Creek Renaissance. Every company gave me the runaround. I went with Texas Cowboy Movers instead worst mistake ever. They stole belongings, abandoned the job, lied about pricing, and overcharged me. I had to call the police. 😭👌

I met Jonathan at Starbucks near Lewisville. He heard me on the phone needing a mover. He came up to me and introduced himself to me. Top notch service!!! Helped and the fam move from Balch Springs to Plano and took extra care of our breakables, with extra padding on our delicate furniture, and even wrapped the matresses, and was over all impressed. From the initial phone call trying to get a quote to move the next day, everything was very professional and a God-sent. Jonathan not only listened to what I needed, he provided a sense of comfort to help calm my spirit, because it was about going on that particular day.
