How accurate are your estimates?
We outline the factors that change time. When access is predictable and items are packed and labeled, residential jobs typically finish within the quoted timeframe.
Pack ahead of time whenever possible. The more you can box up before the crew arrives, the less time they’ll spend wrapping and packing on the clock.
Disassemble furniture like bed frames, tables, and shelving units before moving day if you’re comfortable doing so.
