Will you remove my TV mount?
No, you will need to remove your own TV mount prior to our arrival.
Do you move plants or open liquids?
Usually not recommended.
What if something is damaged?
Basic released value is included, 60 cents per pound per item. Optional valuation coverage is available on request. We provide claim steps in writing.
