We document condition at pickup. If damage predates pickup, we note it in the handoff and help you contact the retailer.
What if something is damaged during delivery?
Basic released value coverage is included at 60 cents per pound per item. Optional valuation coverage is available on request. We provide claim steps in writing.
Do you deliver on weekends?
