Jonathan provided explicit assurance regarding this timeline.
However, the actual service deviated significantly from this agreement. The moving team arrived considerably late, at 2:30 PM, rather than the stipulated noon or 1:00 PM window. Furthermore, the task that was explicitly guaranteed to take no longer than three hours ultimately extended to nine hours, concluding at 11:30 PM.
This protracted timeline resulted in a final charge of $1,245, a substantial increase compared to the cost anticipated for a three-hour service.
